Types of Messages We Send:
RevitalyzeMD uses SMS text messaging to communicate directly with patients and subscribers who have provided explicit consent. These messages may include:

We respect your privacy. No customer information, including mobile numbers, will ever be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation text, and you will no longer receive further messages from that number.

Message Frequency & Rates:
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, preferences, and level of engagement with RevitalyzeMD. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
REVITALYZE MD SMS PROGRAM
This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, and occasional promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from Revitalyze MD.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to Revitalyze MD. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you would like to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website forms or by providing consent as you did previously, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can contact us directly through our website at Revitalyze MD or via our contact page.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our office, typically ranging from 3–5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
