I’ve spent over two decades as a physician, and one thing has become crystal clear-traditional medicine often leaves women and men without answers to their most personal health concerns. I built my practice-and my mission-around changing that.

But rather than giving you a long list of credentials (we’ll get to those), I want to share the real story of who I am and what drives me.

Roots & Resilience

I was born and raised in Niles, Ohio, a hardworking steel town where grit and determination weren’t just values-they were survival skills. My parents were my biggest cheerleaders. My father, a steelworker turned police officer well past the usual age of retirement, showed me the meaning of hard work and perseverance.

I was the first in my family to go to college, attending my dream school-The Ohio State University-where I earned degrees in Pharmacy and Medicine. My residency in Emergency Medicine at MetroHealth in Cleveland shaped my clinical skills and my ability to thrive under pressure. Along the way, I became board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine, and completed a Fellowship in Metabolic & Nutritional Medicine.

 Each step of this journey was guided by the values of hard work and perseverance that my parents and my hometown instilled in me.

Family First

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I’m the proud mom of three incredible children who have grounded me and inspired me at every turn. As they’ve matured into remarkable adults, they continue to fill my life with joy and pride.

  • Cole – my adventurous, free-spirited son who grew up surrounded by three strong women (and survived to tell the tale)

After time in Ohio and Florida, I made Knoxville, TN my home in 2003. It’s been the perfect place to raise my family and grow a practice that reflects both my values and my passions.

From the ER to Regenerative Medicine

I spent more than 20 years in Emergency Medicine, a career that taught me the value of every single moment. But over time, I saw the limitations of reactive healthcare-it was great at saving lives, but not always at improving them.

In 2010, one anti-aging conference completely shifted my perspective. I saw the potential to help people age better, feel better, and live fully-not just survive. Seven years later, with nothing more than a vision scribbled on the back of an envelope, RevitalyzeMD was born.

Building RevitalyzeMD

Since 2017, RevitalyzeMD has grown into a thriving center for regenerative and anti-aging medicine, specializing in sexual wellness, hormone optimization, and innovative therapies that traditional medicine often overlooks. We’ve built a passionate team committed to helping patients feel vibrant, confident, and truly alive at every stage of life.

Looking Ahead

My mission now extends beyond the clinic walls. Through online education, speaking engagements, and collaborations with like-minded providers, I’m working to shift the conversation about aging and wellness. Together, we’re changing healthcare—one patient, one story, one breakthrough at a time.
